...and Ladybugs

While we were at the lake, Lily got to hold her first ladybug. When she saw it she was saying "bee, bee, bee" which she calls all buggy creatures. She hadn't held a bug yet, so I was wondering what she would do with it. My girl isn't the most gentle child :)! She was so gentle and still with it. I think it helped that the ladybug stayed pretty still as well. She wasn't happy when it finally fell down and into the crack of the deck. Last night she loved the lightening bugs. She liked holding them in her hands as well. She did NOT like when they flew away or when one fell on her leg. She jumped a foot!
