Where has the time gone and why does it go by sooo much faster with this second little angel? Ella turned 6 months old yesterday (late post because I had to work).
Here are some fun new things she is doing:
-finally eating her baby food I made for her. She has been trying tastes for a while now, but is always spitting them out. She enjoys apples, bananas, pears and sweet potatoes. She doesn't love green beans or carrots.
-rolling all over the floor. If you set her down in one spot in minutes she will have rolled and scooted across the floor for something that looks great to chew on. Her favorites phones and remotes just like her sister.
-talking, talking, talking she just goes on and on in the funniest pitches. She is laughing, I mean belly laughing at her sister.
-taking baths with her big sis. She loves to sit in the water and just splash and kick. She is over the baby tub. Lily thinks it's great too!
-up to 16 pounds 2 weeks ago. We have her official 6 month check-up tomorrow so we will have her exact weight and height then
-chewing on anything she can get in her mouth and let me tell you she gets MAD when we have to take it away-she has quit the temper!
-sucking on her toes-tried to get a picture of it today-she just thinks those things are so tasty!
That's about it for this month! Happy 1/2 year birthday sweet Ella-you bring happiness and joy everywhere you go with that infectious smile.
We have finally got to take Lily sledding for the first time. She isn't quit sure what she thinks of it. She said she didn't like it, but then wanted to go again and again. We had a hard time getting her to get back in the car. It was freezing that day so we only stayed out a while.
